1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, company details when you create an account or submit a demo request. We also collect call metadata, transcripts, and analytics generated through your use of our voice agents.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services — processing calls, generating analytics, and delivering insights. We do not sell your data or use your call transcripts to train models that serve other customers.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We host data in Australian data centres on enterprise-grade, security-hardened infrastructure. Access is strictly controlled and audited.
4. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@connectdeep.ai. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained for product improvement.
5. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR where applicable, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@connectdeep.ai — we respond within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services you choose to connect (CRMs, calendars, telephony providers). We are not responsible for their data practices — please review their privacy policies separately.
7. Contact
For privacy-related enquiries or to exercise your data rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@connectdeep.ai or ConnectDeep AI, Melbourne VIC, Australia.
